Emerald Coast Powerboat Week Poker Run – Episode 5 December 11, 2020 Powerboat teams from all over the U.S. Continued to navigate the 120-mile poker run course from Sandestin to Pensacola Beach, as part of the Emerald. Last month’s Emerald Coast Poker Run—the Florida Powerboat Club’s only summer poker run—in Destin, Fla., attracted 90 go-fast catamarans, V-bottom sportboats and center consoles and more than 400 participants. For FPC head Stu Jones, this year's successful event reinforced his decision in 2018 to completely bring back the run under his. Powerboaters took the Emerald Coast by Storm last week for the annual Boat Week and poker run festivities. Emerald Coast 2020 participants got off to a great start Saturday morning as they continued to pick up Poker card#1 at Harborwalk Village in Destin Harbor. Then it was time to push the throttles for fast fun on the smooth bay waters heading eastbound to Sandestin. The 70-boat fleet featured performance cats, v-bottoms, and center consoles from all the leading manufacturers!

Marine Technology Inc is at it again as we take the Emerald Coast Poker Run by storm, which began yesterday and runs through Sunday morning.

You’ll find Randy Scisim and Tom Stuart at various events and locations in Destin in the coming days. Our home base will Be Boshamps Seafood, and Oyster House on Destin Harbor. Keep an eye out for Bob Bulls Orange and Black closed canopy MTI 52′ catamaran!
Boshamps is the newest waterfront restaurant on the harbor. The location is 414 Harbor Blvd, just east of the Emerald Grande and AJs bar and Grill.
Destin Boat Poker Run
We will depart Destin on Sunday and head back to the MO factory to prepare for our next event, the Shootout on Lake of the Ozarks, where not only will the staff from MTI have a strong presence, but a large turnout of MTI owners is expected as well. You’ll find us at the Wednesday party in the park, on the poker run, the Friday events at Dog Days, Supercat Fest, and on the end dock at the Shootout at Captain Ron’s. Our location at Captain Ron’s has always been a great place to take a look at some great MTIs, and this year promises to be the best yet with more than 10 MTIs scheduled to be in the slips at Captain Ron’s.
These two events have proven to be two of the top events of the year. We hope to see you out there.
